HLC Admin — a ManoByte service

HLC Admin is operated by ManoByte (www.manobyte.com), 601 South Harbour Island Boulevard, Tampa FL 33602, United States.

HLC Admin is the case-management system used by Hospital Liaison Committees and Patient Visitation Groups to coordinate hospital liaison work: patient cases from the first call through to the last visit, the facilities and physicians involved, presentations and outreach, and the committee's own records.

It is a private, invitation-only application. Accounts are created by a committee administrator for enrolled committee members; there is no public sign-up and no public content beyond this page and the policies linked below.

Text messages

HLC Admin sends transactional SMS notifications to enrolled members only, about events in their own account — a new secure message, a case assigned to them, or a visit assigned to them. Messages are informational. There is no marketing or promotional content.

A member turns text messages on himself, in Profile › Account Settings › Notification Preferences. The setting is off by default and is checked before every message. A member may turn it off at any time, or reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
